Please Download RMA Form in Adobe Acrobat PDF format*, fill it out completely and fax it to us at (626) 628-3025, or email to rma@1stpccorp.com. RMA Number will be provided by either fax or phone. No RMA or returns will be accepted without a authorized RMA number.

Please note that all returns are subject to approval and a 25% restocking fee. Return freight is pre-paid by customer. Please mark clearly the RMA number on the returning packing box, and enclose a copy of the invoice.
